Shipping Info

Online -   Orders:  Once an order is submitted, we cannot change, delete or add any items to the order. This is done to avoid mistakes and to have the order processed as quickly as possible. However, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to notify you of a replacement.  You can place your order online any time of the day using your credit card or Paypal.  We do not accept COD orders.  For expedited order processing please specify any special instructions in the online order form. ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS.  



Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted.  We may contact you if the amount is reasonably high or the billing and shipping addresses are different. We may request a copy of some form of identification (such as a driver’s license or credit card) to be faxed or emailed to us. This is done for your protection and to avoid fraud.  Fraud is a prevalent problem today, but we are committed to ensuring your protection.  



Orders will be shipped within 2 - 8  business days. Shipping and Handling charges apply to all orders.



Please be prepared to accept your delivery when it arrives. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstances other than our error, you will be responsible for notifying us within five (5) days and you will be billed twice the freight charge if the package is to be re-shipped. Any adjustment(s) made with your carrier DOES NOT cover Scented Lizard.  If you request no signature for your package, it is your sole responsibility if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery, the carrier or Scented Lizard will not be responsible and no claim will be made.



If you find that your order is short, please notify us immediately upon receipt.  Do not accept a badly damaged package!!!!! All orders leave our premises in good condition.  Contact USPS IMMEDIATELY if damage, spillage or breakage has occurred, because our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier.  Any adjustment(s) that you make with the carrier must have a claim number from the carrier which is assigned to it for reference.
